Bruno Sounack
Bruno has 30 years of experience in retail banking and change management. Precise and demanding, his specialties are the digital transformation, multichannel, customer experience, quality and large transformation programmes, bridging strategy and operations.
He is a graduate from EM Lyon business school. He worked in several consulting companies before creating Spirit Advisors and was a retail executive board member at HSBC France for 8 years.
Wine is his passion, he created and developed a dedicated mobile application : Tagawine.
Élodie Schocron
Elodie has 30 years of experience in operations consulting in Europe, America and Africa. She is highly recognised for her capacity to engage people towards results when leading bold transformation programs. She specialises in organisational effectiveness, operational excellence and business growth.
She graduated from the EDHEC business school, where she is still a member of the board. Her training at the Art Student League of New York influences the way she is shaping projects.
When she is not traveling, Elodie enjoys cultivating her garden and treating her family and friends.
Nicolas Pinglot
Nicolas has 24 years of experience in industry and operations consulting. Very hands-on and resilient, he excels at performance improvement, operational excellence, organisational design and business transformation. Following his international clients, Nicolas has led projects in 18 different countries in Europe and Asia.
Nicolas is a graduate engineer from Mines ParisTech. Before creating Spirit Advisors, Nicolas was Director of Hitachi Consulting for 10 years.
His passions : “I love adrenalin and outdoor sports, especially kitesurfing and mountain running.”
Anders Larsen
Anders has been an operations consultant since 2007. He has completed business transformations and operational excellence projects in most areas of the value chain, incl. supply chain, manufacturing, BtB sales, capital management and overall executive management.
Before consulting he worked six years in industry, mainly in strategic planning and marketing in distribution and wholesale.
He graduated with a Master of international business and modern languages.
