Context
Our client is a medium-sized French company specialising in ventilation systems for large infrastructures.
The challenge
After several years of stagnation, but in a niche market with growth potential, management decided to revitalise the business by increasing sales while maintaining profitability.
The international context was complicated by the virtual closure of one of its biggest foreign markets. This raised questions about commercial efficiency and the level of performance of its industrial facilities.
The solution
The first objective of the Spirit Advisors teams was to deliver positive results in the very short term to ensure that the business (re)took off.
This has enabled us to start freeing up financial room to finance the medium-term transformation plan with 5 priorities :
- Production planning
- Implementing solutions on the ground
- Review of the sales strategy and implementation of a 3-month action plan

The impact
Following our recommendations, the Management Committee was reshuffled to better meet the challenges of the transformation and the company’s ambitions.
